Job Description
Your role in our mission
Prosper is building a world-class client service organization within its Capital Markets team. We’re looking for a talented, experienced analyst to support primary day-to-day account management for institutional investor relationships. This individual will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, business acumen, problem solving and organizational skills to deliver real-time solutions that satisfy client needs. The individual will report to the Director of Capital Markets, with the opportunity to grow into a direct ownership role over some of Prosper’s largest institutional investor accounts.
\n- Provide ongoing relationship management and support day-to-day responsibilities for existing institutional investor accounts.
- Interface directly with investors, lenders and other third-party stakeholders to come up with best-in-class solutions that satisfy client needs.
- Support content and due diligence processes associated with Capital Markets transactions, such as securitizations, warehouse facilities and onboarding prospective loan buyers.
- Work cross-functionally with Prosper's internal stakeholders to develop technical and operational solutions.
- Query and use data in Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Excel to perform analysis.
- Assist with monthly investor reporting responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a client-oriented role at a fintech or financial services company
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional client service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn new skills and embrace a team-first culture
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
