Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead who excels in leadership, coaching, and performance execution. In this role, you will actively sell life insurance products while recruiting, developing, and leading a team of sales professionals.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven sales leader who is passionate about mentoring others, driving performance, and building a high-performing remote team while continuing to contribute through personal sales production.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of sales professionals

  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback

  • Foster a strong team culture built on accountability, growth, and results

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed production targets

  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results

  • Lead by example through active participation in sales activities

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions across the team

  • Support team members in addressing complex client needs and objections

  • Encourage strong client relationships that support retention and referrals

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices

  • Stay informed on industry regulations and company policies

  • Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans


What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams

  • Strong sales background, preferably in life insurance or financial services

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills

  • Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze performance data

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, comfortable leading in a remote environment
