Job Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert across core systems stack — including VMware virtualization, Nutanix HCI, Windows and Linux server platforms, Rubrik data protection, and infrastructure automation using Ansible • Help support the design, implementation, and operational excellence of on-premises, hybrid and cloud systems environments • Collaborate closely with network, security, and cloud engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-automated infrastructure solutions

Job Requirements

10 + years of experience in global, enterprise-level systems engineering
Deep expertise in VMware and Nutanix ecosystems, with Proven hands-on experience
Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and hybrid identity (Entra ID)
Solid Linux administration skills including scripting, hardening, and service management
Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation, including playbook and role development
Familiarity with Git-based version control workflows for managing infrastructure code
Strong understanding of storage concepts including SAN, NAS, NFS, etc.
Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and data protection platforms, particularly Rubrik and Commvault (SLA policies, live mount, cloud archival)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure integration
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher) and how they intersect with traditional infrastructure
A deep desire to automate everything
