Lead and execute Salesforce platform operations strategy, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee incident/change/release management, vendor relationships, budgeting, roadmaps, and cross-functional governance while coaching teams and driving continuous improvement and automation.
The role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, while actively collaborating with architects on solution design within a SAFe Agile framework. Key duties include participating in Agile ceremonies, writing clean, testable code, and translating public health requirements into technical solutions for the PH360 platform.
