Job Description

• Set the vision and strategy for private event sales across Legends Global • Position Legends as the market leader in premium private event experiences • Develop a scalable platform that supports both local market execution and national growth • Design and lead a national enterprise account structure to serve multi-market and repeat clients • Build strategic relationships with key corporate, nonprofit, and agency partners • Enable cross-venue selling and portfolio-wide client solutions • Lead a large, distributed sales organization through Directors and Regional Leaders • Build a strong leadership bench, succession plans, and consistent performance expectations • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration • Establish clear decision rights, pricing authority, and approval frameworks • Standardize KPIs, forecasting cadence, and performance management across venues • Ensure strong alignment between sales, operations, and food & beverage partners • Lead the development and adoption of enterprise sales technology platforms supporting private events • Partner with internal technology, analytics, and finance teams to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and account intelligence • Drive consistent CRM usage, data hygiene, and reporting across all venues • Leverage technology to enable national account management, client segmentation, and cross-portfolio insights • Serve as the senior private events leader within Legends Global • Partner closely with executive leadership, venue General Managers, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Food & Beverage • Navigate complex, matrixed environments with high emotional intelligence and credibility • Champion innovation in private event programming, packaging, and space utilization • Partner with venue development and operations teams to influence the design of future private event spaces • Continuously raise the bar on client experience and venue differentiation

Job Requirements

  • Proven enterprise leadership experience in a multi-site, service-driven business
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strong executive presence and experience managing upward to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated success building platforms, operating models, and teams at scale
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on sustainable growth
  • Experience leading or partnering on enterprise sales technology and CRM initiatives
  • Senior leadership experience overseeing a large, distributed commercial organization
  • Experience working in matrixed or partnership-based environments
  • Backgrounds may include hospitality, venues, live entertainment, managed services, or complex B2B services
  • Experience building national or enterprise account structures strongly preferred
