Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Talent Acquisition, or related field, or equivalent professional recruiting experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing with at least 3 years of recruiting team leadership or management experience.
- Proven experience managing recruiting teams and consistently delivering successful hiring outcomes in fast paced recruiting environments.
- Strong expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and modern sourcing tools.
- Deep knowledge of modern sourcing strategies including passive candidate outreach, market mapping, talent pipelines, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions, competing hiring priorities, and recruiter workloads while maintaining strong attention to detail.
