Role Description

As a Product Owner at Medefy Health you will be responsible for the overall product design and function. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products. This role requires someone to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You will be the bridge between our customers, development teams, and various stakeholders, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed user expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS environment
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Tech savvy

Requirements

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the product vision and strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Work closely with development teams, providing clear and detailed product requirements
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact
  • Act as the point of contact for all product-related queries during the development lifecycle
  • Facilitate communication between design, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams
  • Conduct regular sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
  • Dive into the details, be hands-on, and proactively address challenges that arise during development
  • Demonstrate a strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with the development team
  • Ensure the delivered product meets high-quality standards and aligns with the defined acceptance criteria
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee a seamless user experience
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing product interfaces
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
