Role Description
Design the interface between application systems, including those developed in-house, packaged software, and third-party-hosted applications, so that they function holistically in support of the organization's business needs.
Responsibilities
- Document the most complex "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
- Manage the identification and elicitation of project and/or department-level process requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for accuracy and alignment to the department; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable.
- Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term. Recommendations could be technical or professional in nature.
- Elicit the most-complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
Skills
- Interpret, contribute to, or lead business case creation with client departments to quantify current costs, justify project investment, and identify the return on investment.
- Conduct an enterprise readiness assessment to determine the organization's readiness for change.
- Lead facilitated sessions for requirements elicitation, focus groups, and user acceptance testing.
- Utilize the appropriate modeling tool(s) to diagram the requirements from data and state changes, process and process improvements, as well as use cases and user stories.

- Bachelor’s: Business Administration
- Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science
