In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking cruise vacations while providing excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process. - Assist clients with researching and selecting cruise itineraries that match their travel preferences
- Provide information on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and onboard experiences
- Coordinate cruise reservations, cabins, and travel details through approved travel suppliers
- Communicate with clients before and after booking to ensure a smooth travel planning experience
- Stay informed about cruise promotions, itineraries, and supplier updates
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
- Provide ongoing customer support before and after travel as needed
