Role Description

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and clients, ensuring exceptional support and smooth communication.

  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with scheduling tutoring sessions and managing appointments
  • Support students and parents with account or billing questions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable with online communication tools (Zoom, email, chat platforms)
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
