Role Description
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and clients, ensuring exceptional support and smooth communication.
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling tutoring sessions and managing appointments
- Support students and parents with account or billing questions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable with online communication tools (Zoom, email, chat platforms)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
