Role Description

As a SR SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our supplier performance, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. You will report directly to our Director and you’ll work on a Remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact our company by driving operational excellence and improving supplier performance while leading and managing the supplier development team.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier development and performance enhancement
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Ability to travel at least 50%

Requirements

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supplier development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals
• Lead and provide mentorship to a team of supplier development engineers and professionals
• Establish and enforce supplier performance standards
• Conduct regular assessments and collaborate with suppliers to identify areas of improvement
