This role also involves overseeing venue contracting, managing housing logistics, handling catering, and leading small-scale events with limited supervision.

This role involves conducting and overseeing compliance with corporate audit programs like BCBSA LOS and FEP, acting as a technical expert for complex audits, and providing second-tier support to customer service and QA teams. The specialist is also responsible for hands-on training for auditors, leading calibration meetings, and consulting with other departments to identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.

This role involves championing Quality Engineering principles, driving the creation and adoption of automated performance testing, and partnering with internal and vendor teams to ensure quality gates are met. The engineer will also provide expert guidance on various testing and performance engineering strategies and coordinate KPI collection with various technical teams.

This role involves leading and growing a Quality Enablement team focused on coaching delivery teams, defining a balanced test strategy to increase automation, and building test infrastructure embedded in CI/CD pipelines. Key duties include evaluating and piloting AI-assisted quality engineering approaches to create reusable enablement patterns for adoption across teams.
