Role Description
Goods & Services is looking for a Senior Project Manager who has strong technical and data awareness to lead a critical enterprise project involving the implementation of new accounting software across a complex organizational environment.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major software implementation project.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate work across technical teams, business users, and external vendors.
- Drive execution in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support change management and adoption of new systems.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain clear documentation of plans, decisions, and progress.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, data, or systems implementation projects.
- Proven experience working in complex, large-scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of technology projects, software implementations, or data platforms.
- Experience managing enterprise system implementations (ERP, finance, data, or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with technical teams, developers, and architects.
