Job Description

• Responsible for Workday Security for all HR modules • Participate in various HR projects to provide technical HR system support • Ensures security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms • Maintain Workday ticketing system • Help ensure data accuracy by validating security settings • Conduct regular audits of user access and security configurations

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Typically requires 5 years of technical experience in human resources systems
Strong and broad functional knowledge of benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, talent management and organization development functions/processes
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Advanced hands-on knowledge/experience in creating and executing EIBs to manage system data
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and large-scale automated systems
Expertise in preparing, importing and manipulating data in spreadsheets/databases and other HR technology tools
Demonstrated ability to effectively use ERP systems to create/maintain custom reports
