As a Global Supply Chain Project Manager – Level 5, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is located in Chandler, AZ. FT remote work may be considered for the right candidate. Ability to travel to Huntsville, AL 25% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading program execution for propulsion-related supplier activities, ensuring milestones are met, and objectives are achieved.
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities to mitigate challenges and optimize supplier performance.
  • Serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) with full Earned Value Management System (EVMS) responsibilities, ensuring accurate cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
  • Driving resolution of technical issues in collaboration with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing frequent, detailed program status updates to internal teams, ensuring leadership and stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and solutions.
  • Managing and overseeing proposal efforts, including supplier coordination and cost analysis to align with program requirements.
  • Coordinating and conducting supplier site visits as needed to ensure program compliance, facilitate collaboration, and drive issue resolution.
  • Leading a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serving as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement -OR- Master’s degree with 10 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement; in lieu of degree an additional 4 + years of experience may be considered.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Project and IMS Logic.
  • Must have CAM and EVMS experience.
  • Must have material requirements planning and/or advanced planning experience.
  • Must have previous experience in Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.

  • Current Special Program Access.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
