Role Description

We are a thriving international education organization supporting students from 30+ countries. In addition to our traditional homestay placements, we are pleased to offer a Short-Term Homestay option. This flexible placement model is designed to support students and families seeking shorter duration stays.

This program provides students with a safe, supportive home environment during Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, and other designated holidays.

We’re seeking caring, reliable host families to join our community as Short‑Term Host Family from Saturday April 11th - Sunday April 19th in Connecticut. This is a cultural‑exchange opportunity—not traditional employment.

Qualifications

  • Be 25+ and provide an English‑speaking home
  • Offer nutritious meals
  • Provide a private or shared bedroom
  • Maintain a safe, stable, caring environment
  • Pick up on April 11th / Drop off on April 19th

Requirements

  • Dedicated coordinator
  • 24/7 emergency support
  • Strong partnership with local schools

Benefits

  • $75 nightly stipend
  • Direct deposit provided

While families receive a stipend, the heart of hosting is cultural exchange. Always be compassionate.
