Role Description

As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, build customer relationships, and provide strategic insights to senior management. You will report directly to our Senior Sales Director, and you’ll work remotely out of the south territory (TX, AR, OK, LA, MS, AL, TN).

In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly influence Honeywell's position in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer relationships, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc.
  • Provide education of Honeywell products through technical presentations, seminars, and workshops.
  • Manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system.
  • Travel up to 70%.
