The Strategic Sourcing Lead drives cost efficiency and competitive sourcing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This role focuses on analyzing supplier markets, cost structures, and sourcing trends to develop procurement strategies across defined geographies and business segments. By combining market intelligence, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration, the Strategic Sourcing Lead maximizes organizational value through informed supplier management, demand planning, and strategic purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost data, market dynamics, and demand patterns
- Proficiency with standard office software and purchasing technologies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
