Role Description
As a Post-Sale Settlement Analyst, you'll collaborate with an experienced team of industry professionals to help deliver a best-in-class post-sale experience for our clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring collaboration with Administration, Accounting, Treasury and Sales teams to ensure the accurate and timely execution of our post-sale processes.

What you’ll do
- Drive the Global Live Auction post sale process:
- Creating and reconciling seller recaps and payments.
- Co-ordinate post sale AR and AP processes.
- Reconcile sales data to CRM/Speed Digital.
- Tracking and coordinating vendor setups, along with title & lien status to deliver best in class post sale process.
- Identify and participate in remedying process-bottlenecks that impact our post sale execution.
- Support Finance Operations:
- Partner with accounting to reconcile sales transactions in Workday.
- Cash Flow forecasting.
- Support in forecasting Live Auctions OPEX.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to provide the business with key insights from operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Accounting or Finance an asset.
- Experience in the auction or collector car market is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability with very strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of VAT and/or US Sales tax is an asset.
- Excited about working in a with autonomy and independence.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to deliver under time pressure and deadline.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and other suite applications.
- Ability to manage time in an independent, remote working environment.
- Positive mindset with strong orientation for teamwork and collaboration.

- This position is open to U.S. remote work.
- Team members who reside within 20 miles of the Traverse City headquarters will follow a hybrid schedule, working from the office three days per week.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable.
- For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations.
- Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
