Job Description

• You will be servicing MR Equipment in the Twin Cities, MN area. • You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. • You support the diagnostics modalities initially, with potential to cross train into other modalities in the future. • You report to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions. • You are flexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
  • Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
  • Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
  • Can locate, read, and understand documents for install, set-up, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, block diagrams and functional descriptions.
