Job Description
Role Description
Process, track, monitor, and renew provider licenses and certifications across a nationwide radiology practice, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Maintain accurate provider data within credentialing systems, uphold confidentiality, and support radiologists throughout the licensing lifecycle.
- Coordinate DEA and CDS renewals, including submission of required supporting documentation (FSMB, FCVS, AMA profiles).
- Partner with providers, hospitals, leadership, and external agencies to resolve licensing issues and meet deadlines.
- Remote position.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in provider licensing and credentialing within the healthcare industry (multi-state experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and credentialing software; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, research and analyze data, and build effective relationships with providers, staff, and external partners.
- CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) certification through NAMSS preferred.
