Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance
- 3–5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role preferably at a high growth technology company
- Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including the creation and execution of robust financial plans
- Comfortable solving problems and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving ambiguous environment
- Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals (variance analysis, variance storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance audiences
