Job Description
Role Description
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company at a pivotal stage of scale, where revenue enablement is viewed as a strategic lever for growth, not a support function. Exiger is investing in how it goes to market, in how it frames value, supports complex buying decisions, and equips revenue teams to perform consistently in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. The Head of Revenue Enablement will play a central role in shaping this next phase, working across Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Learning & Development. If you thrive in ambiguous environments, enjoy building from first principles, and want to directly influence how a global revenue organization performs, this role offers both scope and impact.
Exiger is seeking a proactive, highly motivated, self-driven Learning & Development (“L&D”) Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments and is ready to build, scale, run, and continuously improve the Learning and Development program.
This role will work with partners in Product, Global Shared Services and Go-To-Market (“GTM”). Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the role will work with their L&D peers to equip customer-facing staff and other internal stakeholders with the knowledge and tools needed to drive adoption of Exiger’s tech solutions. They will also design scalable learning content, help to iterate L&D operations, integrate AI into learning workflows, proactively identify gaps before they become problems, and utilize AI tools to vastly increase productivity.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver new hire onboarding, GTM certifications, and training programs for customer-facing teams to reduce ramp time and increase tech solution fluency.
- Design and deliver training, enablement, and ongoing optimization of core sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Consensus, 6Sense, etc.).
- Design, develop, and continuously refine training bots that simulate realistic customer conversations and product scenarios for enterprise sellers and client-facing teams.
- Using AI tools, design role-based micro-trainings that can be quickly deployed and easily updated as tech solutions and messaging evolve.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities to automate, accelerate, or enhance learning experiences using AI and improve onboarding processes, documentation standards, and training workflows.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS company working in or with sales enablement, presales, sales, revenue operations, or related go-to-market roles.
- Self-reliant and proactive with the ability to move work forward without waiting for explicit direction.
- Builder mentality with the ability to operate independently and effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in a fast-evolving SaaS and AI environment.
- Comfort working across functions and influencing without direct authority.
- A data-informed mindset with the ability to balance quantitative insight and qualitative judgement.
- Comfortable asking thoughtful questions to drive clarity and improvement.
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering training for technical SaaS or software platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with urgency.
- Comfort working under general guidance while making independent decisions.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude; ability to quickly learn new systems and teach them clearly.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and iterate on program effectiveness.
AI & Technology Fluency
- Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, HyperBound) to improve productivity, content development, and workflow efficiency.
- Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and how they can enhance learning outcomes.
- Comfort experimenting with new technologies in a responsible and structured way.
Benefits
- High-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence.
- Discretionary Time Off for all employees, with no maximum limits on time off.
- Industry leading health, vision, and dental benefits.
- Competitive compensation package.
- 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
- Flexible, hybrid approach to working from home and in the office where applicable.
