Role Description

System Pavers is seeking a Learning & Development Instructor. You would be responsible for designing, facilitating, and evaluating training and coaching programs that strengthen employee performance and support System Pavers’ business goals. This role partners with cross-functional leaders and team members to deliver engaging learning experiences, foster a culture of growth, and produce measurable outcomes that align with business priorities.

Objectives

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through effective training and coaching in both group and individual settings tailored to learner needs.
  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of learning programs while leveraging performance data to drive adjustments.
  • Deliver measurable, data-driven results that align with business priorities and advance individual and team development.
  • Collaborate with peers to achieve consistent outcomes, positively influence overall training effectiveness, and support culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective in-person and virtual training programs to employees across various departments and at varying levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training and coaching sessions, adapting methods to diverse learner needs.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Develop physical and digital training materials with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate training records and manage administrative tasks.
  • Evaluate and improve training effectiveness through participant assessments, feedback, stakeholder reviews, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with leaders to align training initiatives with business priorities.
  • Improve and update training content by applying best practices and industry trends.
  • Use virtual meeting and collaboration tools proficiently and reliably, assisting others with troubleshooting.
  • Participate in professional development and self-improvement initiatives sponsored by System Pavers.
  • Complete tasks and special projects on time and with excellence.
  • Manage time effectively to balance training, logistics, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Travel up to 25% to deliver training and provide field support.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in training and coaching roles for employees at all levels, from new hires to senior leadership.
  • Business-to-consumer sales background preferred.
  • Demonstrated use of ADDIE to create effective learning experiences.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time, adapt to change, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency with virtual training tools and willingness to assist others with troubleshooting.
  • Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range is between $59,000-$68,000 DOE + a discretionary bonus.
  • Health, dental, vision, life benefits & 401K.
