Job Description

• Develop and maintain L3 baseline schedules using Primavera P6. • Lead schedule reviews, progress reporting, critical path analysis, and monthly deep ‑ dives. • Provide schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning with cross ‑ functional teams. • Manage schedule impacts related to claims, change orders, and customer variations. • Collaborate with partners, Engineering, C&I site teams, and project leadership to ensure alignment and timely updates. • Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and KPIs. • Prepare schedule documentation for reviews, reporting, and project close ‑ out.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Min. 10 years’ experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function
  • Expertise of EPC environments and work processes of large EPC Projects
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 & Risk Analysis Tools
  • Experienced with Extension of time Claims and Forensic Planning
  • Ability to support multiple internal customers and partners with competing priorities in a matrixed environment
  • Experience collaborating with multiple functions such as engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, projects and logistics.
