Job Description
Role Description
The Sales Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for acquiring new Atrium clients and retaining existing ones by executing the Atrium Sales Process. This includes:
- Securing introduction calls
- Diagnosing client needs
- Presenting tailored Atrium solutions
- Conducting formal presentations and demonstrations
- Providing quotes and finalizing agreements
Additionally, SAEs manage client relationships through renewals, upselling, and periodic health checks to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and organization skills, with occasional travel (up to 25%).
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or Sales Account Manager
- Hands-on experience in sales with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- 3+ years’ experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales
- Preferably, experience in higher education campus card (One Card) business, including dining and retail operations, meal plans, declining balance accounts, attendance tracking, and physical access control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables effectively
- Proficiency in time management, documentation, and organizational skills
- Competence in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Slack, Google Suite, Atrium’s CRM, and Gmail
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
