Role Description
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in supporting key executives on our team and helping them operate at their highest level. This role requires a highly organized, proactive partner who can manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure the seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications.

What you’ll do
- Provide high-level executive support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient follow-through.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and executive communications as needed.
- Support leadership team coordination, including planning leadership meetings, offsites, and key internal events.
- Assist with special projects, cross-functional coordination, and administrative initiatives that support executive and team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced technology company.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
