Job Description

• Design and execute the firm's comprehensive marketing plan aligned with strategic objectives. • Identify target markets and priority practice areas together with the management team and attorneys. • Develop strategies focused on generating qualified leads, brand positioning, and sustainable growth. • Coordinate commercial initiative projects such as referral programs and client retention strategies. • Manage and optimize the firm's digital presence, including the website, email marketing campaigns, and social media. • Design, implement, and manage content and growth strategies on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. • Oversee and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, or other digital platforms, ensuring return on investment. • Manage live streams, webinars, and virtual events as part of positioning and client acquisition strategies. • Produce graphic, audiovisual, and digital assets using tools like Canva, Premiere, or other design platforms. • Integrate and coordinate marketing strategies with the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring lead traceability and conversion funnel tracking. • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), including web traffic, engagement, conversion, and return on investment. • Coordinate the firm's participation in events, conferences, seminars, sponsorships, and professional networking activities.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum four (4) years of marketing experience, or at least three (3) years in marketing for professional services, preferably in the legal sector or in firms operating in the United States.
  • Bilingual English level (spoken and written), with the ability to draft strategic content, manage campaigns, and maintain professional communications in international contexts.
  • Proven experience designing and executing marketing plans, including digital strategies, paid campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience managing social media for business use (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram), including content creation and metrics analysis.
  • Experience administering WordPress websites and integrating marketing strategies with CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar, as well as experience in producing audiovisual content and live streaming.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare performance reports and conversion analyses, using metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
