Role Description

As a Manager, Field Marketing, you will lead the planning and execution of regional marketing programs and events that directly drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can balance creative marketing initiatives with operational precision, ensuring every program delivers measurable results. You will partner closely with sales teams to identify key opportunities, design targeted campaigns, and optimize event ROI. The role offers a dynamic, remote-first environment, empowering you to make a tangible impact on growth and customer engagement.

  • Plan, execute, and manage regional marketing programs and field events, including tradeshows, conferences, roadshows, and customer workshops.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify strategic opportunities, design targeted campaigns, and maximize program impact on pipeline generation.
  • Manage field marketing budgets and resources to ensure programs deliver strong ROI.
  • Oversee event logistics end-to-end, including booth setup, shipping, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Measure and report on event performance, analyzing impact on sales outcomes and providing insights for optimization.
  • Coordinate with executive and C-suite speakers for event participation, managing deadlines and deliverables with precision.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, content, and demand generation teams to align on program goals.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, including 3–5 years focused on field marketing and events.
  • Hands-on experience managing tradeshows, conferences, and field events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and approach programs with a commercial mindset focused on revenue generation.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and contractors.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: experience in data management, governance, or enterprise software markets; MBA or advanced degree; ABM strategy experience; international marketing exposure.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
