Role Description

This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead partner marketing initiatives across a global distribution network. The Senior Manager will drive alignment between sales, marketing, and distributor partners to accelerate channel growth and maximize brand impact. You will create and execute programs that engage partners, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results while building strong, long-term relationships. This position requires a hands-on marketing leader comfortable in both eCommerce and sales-driven environments, with the ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and continuously refine marketing initiatives. The role provides a remote work environment with cross-functional collaboration across teams, requiring strong communication, analytical thinking, and strategic vision. You will have the opportunity to influence the partner experience, improve marketing effectiveness, and contribute to the broader leadership team’s strategic direction.

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies for distributors and partners, ensuring alignment with business and brand priorities.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and implement campaigns, joint content, and customer initiatives that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, and channel teams, ensuring consistent communication and effective program delivery.
  • Identify gaps in marketing enablement and customer experience, providing education and tools to accelerate growth within the distribution channel.
  • Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF), including budget setting, metrics tracking, and ROI analysis for funded activities.
  • Build strategic relationships with partner marketing and sales leaders to position the organization as a preferred marketing collaborator.
  • Identify and implement new tools, platforms, and processes to enhance partner engagement and improve channel execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant channel marketing responsibility.
  • Experience in B2B distribution environments, ideally in electronics, manufacturing, or technology.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, and partner enablement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large-scale partner marketing programs and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on measurable results, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage cross-functional teams and partners effectively.
