We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Legal Recruiter to join our team. This role is designed specifically for legal professionals who have a strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition within the legal sector in the USA. - Source, screen, and identify legal professionals based in the United States for various legal roles.
- Review candidate profiles and conduct initial screenings to assess role fit and qualifications.
- Identify candidates who best match the legal role requirements and organizational expectations.
- Collaborate with existing recruitment team members to support on legal roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of legal professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- If prior experience with recruitment tools or systems is limited, demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to recruitment platforms, tools, and processes.

- Legal professionals (e.g., lawyers, legal advisors, paralegals, or law graduates) who are interested in building a career in recruitment.
- Individuals with some exposure to recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR processes will be an advantage.
