Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in writing, communications, marketing, or social media; graphic design and/or photography experience a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Raiser's Edge, Asana, a plus.
- Exceptional writer with the ability to produce publication-ready work across a variety of tones, formats, and audiences with minimal supervision.
- Takes feedback as a given, willingness to incorporate various tones/voices into a cohesive and inspiring piece.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines independently.
- Self-starter and collaborative team player who takes initiative, problem-solves, and communicates proactively with colleagues and leadership.
- Warm, people-oriented communicator who brings professionalism and integrity to all internal and external interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with a diverse array of people.
- Ability to convey a high degree of commitment and passion for the mission of FIRRP.
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making.
- Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.

- Must be able to pass basic background checks.
- Travel is required for this position.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proven computer skills.
- Advanced understanding of basic office applications, i.e., Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
