Job Description
Role Description
The physician market isn't just competitive—it’s specialized, data-driven, and moving faster than ever. Are you the strategist who can find the signal in the noise? We are looking for a Physician Recruitment Marketing Specialist who views physician recruitment as a high-stakes chess match rather than a simple numbers game. In this role, you won't just run ads; you will be our internal authority on physician behavior, market migration, and the shifting landscape of American medicine. You’ll combine the precision of a Google Ads expert with the insight of a market researcher to ensure our organization isn't just "seen" by MDs and DOs—it’s chosen by them. If you thrive on analyzing recruitment trends and translating those insights into sophisticated digital campaigns, we want to talk to you.
Core Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Actively monitor physician labor market shifts, including compensation benchmarks, burnout statistics, and migration patterns. Use these insights to pivot messaging and targeting in real-time.
- Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular audits of competitor "Physician Value Propositions" and digital footprints. Identify gaps in their strategy that our organization can capitalize on.
- Performance Marketing (Google Ads/SEM): Architect and manage sophisticated Google Ads campaigns. You will own the keyword strategy, bid management, and A/B testing, ensuring our opportunities appear at the precise moment a physician begins their search.
- Strategic Sourcing & Professional Networks: Manage our presence and high-level targeting on niche physician platforms (e.g., Doximity, NEJM CareerCenter, JAMA Network, and LinkedIn), utilizing their proprietary data tools to reach passive MD/DO talent.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Translate market data into compelling ad copy and nurture sequences. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand voice remains authoritative, professional, and aligned with current industry standards.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze the "Physician Journey" from initial search query to lead capture. Optimize landing pages and CRM workflows based on behavioral data and conversion trends.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver monthly "State of the Market" reports that correlate our marketing performance with broader industry trends, providing actionable recommendations for budget allocation.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience in the physician recruitment (MD/DO focus). 3–5 years in a marketing role with a heavy emphasis on analytics or market research.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of Google Ads (Search & Display) and Google Analytics. Deep familiarity with physician-specific digital ecosystems and job board algorithms. Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation tools to track lead attribution and long-term engagement.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex data (e.g., MGMA benchmarks, specialty-specific shortages) into a cohesive marketing plan.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to maintain a high-level, "physician-to-physician" tone in all digital communications.
Requirements
- Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 Depending on experience.
- Skilled Wound Care is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for the 3rd year in a row. This year, 95% of employees said it’s a great place to work – 39% higher than the average U.S. company.
- Skilled Wound Care will ask all candidates to perform pre-employment confidential DiSC testing and appropriate relevant skills testing prior to hiring.
- Skilled Wound Care is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.
