Role Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Analyst contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

• 4+ years of experience working in IT Service Management environments.
• Experience configuring and enhancing ITSM tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and their application within ITSM processes.
• Experience integrating Atlassian Cloud tools with other IT management systems.
• Hands-on configuration and customization of Jira Service Management, including:
  • Workflow creation
  • SLA setup
  • Automation rules

Qualifications

• ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher).
• Experience with advanced Jira automation, scripting, or customization.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira Software.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• The base range for this contract position is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations.
• Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
