Role Description

This role offers the chance to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of AI and machine learning products that directly influence decision-making and business outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, improve technical infrastructure, and enhance model-driven workflows. You will identify opportunities to accelerate ML adoption, streamline model development, and maximize impact for both internal teams and end users. This position requires someone who can translate technical complexity into business value, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will play a central role in shaping how ML models are built, deployed, and scaled across the organization, ensuring measurable impact and operational efficiency.

  • Lead the product lifecycle for AI and ML model development, from strategic vision to roadmap execution and feature launch.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to enhance model-driven workflows and technical infrastructure.
  • Define, track, and report key success metrics for ML products, ensuring measurable adoption and business impact.
  • Prioritize research and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize both model performance and user experience.
  • Guide the development of scalable, secure, and efficient shared ML infrastructure, including environment isolation, deployment pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across internal teams and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team velocity by understanding constraints, trade-offs, and technical dependencies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI/ML-driven products or platforms.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in healthtech, healthcare revenue cycle management, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and technical teams to drive product success.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps concepts, including model registries, feature pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and scalable infrastructure.
  • Ability to translate highly technical work and requirements into business goals and vice versa.
  • Demonstrated experience building tools that scale from a single product to an entire product suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, aligning priorities, and driving execution.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $180,000 – $205,000 USD.
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision coverage, with employer covering ~75% of premiums.
  • Remote-first, U.S.-based work environment.
  • Generous paid parental leave: up to 12 weeks for parents.
  • Unlimited PTO plus 10 holidays.
  • 401(k) with Traditional & Roth options and 4% employer match.
  • Fast-moving, high-impact work environment with minimal bureaucracy.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven team culture with supportive colleagues.
