Role Description

AO Globe Life is hiring professionals to work with credit union members who are already connected with our organization and seeking guidance on available benefit programs. This fully remote opportunity offers flexibility, professional development, and the ability to help individuals and families access important coverage options that support their financial security. Comprehensive training and licensing support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning a new career or expanding their experience in client services.

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members through Zoom
• Assess client needs and explain available benefit options in a clear and approachable way
• Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process with professionalism
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support
• Participate in team training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and enjoy helping others
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your schedule independently
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and cloud-based tools
• Interested in making a meaningful impact through your work
• Open to coaching and eager to grow professionally
• Experience in customer service, client advising, or sales (helpful but not required)
