- Direct experience as SDR/BDR
- 2+ years SDR management experience preferred
- Outbound cold-calling experience
- Strong track-record managing a high-performing inside sales team
- Understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Experience with Salesloft and associated tech stack solutions preferred
- Expert communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Analytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying trends
