Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field
- Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering preferred
- 12+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience
- 2+ years managing high performing cost management teams in a consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing successful cost management service delivery for clients
- Major construction sector experience with high caliber clients in commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources
- Exceptional Business development acumen and ambition to drive business growth
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
