Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Location: Kentucky
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide remote mental health care for clients throughout Kentucky. The day-to-day work includes conducting sessions, tracking progress, updating treatment plans, and helping clients build practical tools they can use outside of therapy. This is a strong fit for a clinician who wants a structured full-time schedule and a role centered on direct patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients
• Complete clinical intakes and establish treatment goals
• Provide ongoing counseling based on each client’s needs and progress
• Maintain clear, timely, and compliant documentation
• Review symptoms, response to care, and next-step planning with clients
• Identify when outside referrals or higher levels of care are needed
• Protect confidentiality and follow telehealth best practices
• Manage appointments and clinical responsibilities during standard work hours
