As a Senior Designer for Marketing Brand and Creative, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s visual identity and delivering compelling design solutions across digital and print channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into visually engaging content that resonates with target audiences. This role combines artistic creativity with strategic thinking, involving brand development, website design, motion graphics, and custom visual assets. - Develop, maintain, and evolve brand identity guidelines, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual systems.
- Design marketing materials for digital and print, including website graphics, social media assets, email templates, brochures, presentations, and event collateral.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure designs align with business goals and campaigns.
- Conceptualize and create original design solutions that communicate clear messaging and drive audience engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to brand standards, quality, and deadlines.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; experience with motion graphics, animation (After Effects), or generative AI tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and high-quality design across diverse mediums.
- Exceptional creativity, artistic talent, and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management abilities.
