Role Description

AO Globe Life is actively hiring professionals to join our fully remote team as Remote Client Benefits Consultants. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers while maintaining flexibility and making a meaningful impact helping families access important supplemental benefits.

All client appointments are scheduled in advance with individuals who have requested information. There is no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door outreach required. • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
• Assess client needs and recommend personalized supplemental benefit solutions
• Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within internal systems
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service and follow-up
• Participate in team meetings, weekly training sessions, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits consulting, client service, or consultative sales preferred
• Strong communication skills with a professional presence during video consultations
• Organized and self-motivated when working in a remote environment
• Ability to follow established systems, processes, and compliance protocols
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam and reliable high-speed internet
