Role Description
Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, is hiring a Lead BCBA. This role requires advanced clinical skill, reliability, and leadership potential. In other words, an ABA expert looking to share their expertise with their team of RBTs and other BCBAs. If working the hybrid/remote schedule, this position will require you to be onsite 1 week each month.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
- Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay).
- Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
- Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- State Licensure where required.
- 3 years of experience in ABA field, 2 years with BCBA license.
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.
