• Lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from concept development and design to commissioning and operational handoff, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational objectives. • Ensure adherence to global safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA), risk assessments, and regulatory requirements during the design, installation, and operational phases of projects. • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, focusing on reliability, maintainability, and productivity to reduce downtime and improve system performance. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on engineering best practices, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior engineers to foster technical growth and innovation. • Partner with Operations, IT, Safety, and other stakeholders to align project objectives, address technical challenges, and drive seamless integration across functions. • Oversee supplier and contractor activities, ensuring adherence to standards, timelines, and budget constraints during project execution. • Develop training materials and upskill teams on new technologies, systems, and best practices, ensuring proper documentation and operational handoff.
