Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our fully remote team as Remote Member Benefits Specialists. In this role, you will help families and individuals across the United States understand and access essential supplemental benefit programs that protect their financial futures. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing structured support, mentorship, and professional development. All client consultations are scheduled in advance—there is no cold calling or door-to-door outreach. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently, this opportunity provides a strong foundation for a meaningful long-term career.

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
  • Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
  • Clearly explain policies, coverage details, and enrollment steps
  • Maintain accurate digital client records and follow-up communications
  • Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to strengthen professional skills

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital communication tools
  • Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is helpful but not required
