- Minimum of 8 years of experience in promotional medical education content development (advisory boards, speaker programs, slide decks, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret scientific data, multitask, and manage projects independently under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of established professional medical editorial processes (e.g., AMA style) and ethical guidelines
- Experience in Oncology is required; GI/GU experience is preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, guide client interactions, and contribute strategically to account growth
