The Regional Sales Manager, Imaging Partnerships is a high-impact role responsible for driving business development and managing strategic relationships with imaging partners in your region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise and outpatient imaging centers, ensuring successful adoption and execution of advanced diagnostic solutions. This role combines sales leadership, partnership management, and project oversight, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
- Drive new business development and identify partnership opportunities within diagnostic imaging centers, hospitals, and outpatient facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders to ensure partner engagement and long-term success.
- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, coordinating strategy, implementation, and ongoing operations.
- Manage day-to-day partnership activities, including forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Lead project management for partnership initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
- Provide consultative support to partners, translating complex solutions into actionable business value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement processes, change management, and enablement strategies for partner success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or partnerships within healthcare or medical imaging.
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts or large-scale imaging partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and executive-level communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of diagnostic imaging workflows, radiology, and cardiology is highly desirable.
- Ability to assess partnership impact across commercial functions and drive alignment.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time within your territory.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
