Role Description

The Portfolio Marketing and Partner Enablement Manager will lead the development of customer- and application-centric narratives and deliver partner-facing enablement at scale. This role transforms product and application strategies into compelling content, toolkits, and go-to-market assets that clarify business value and drive adoption across global channels. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, digital, and regional teams to ensure consistency, impact, and measurable results. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with strong storytelling skills, leadership experience, and the ability to leverage AI-driven insights to optimize content and partner engagement. This position includes oversight of a multi-disciplinary team and the management of partner enablement initiatives across regions. Success is measured through partner adoption, engagement, and the ability to elevate the company’s voice across channels.

  • Define and lead the content and enablement strategy for channel partners, ensuring alignment with business priorities, new product introductions, and application focus groups.
  • Develop global, customer- and application-centric narratives, translating product strategies into partner-ready messaging and toolkits.
  • Oversee the creation of sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, storylines, system maps, and campaign toolkits that highlight customer value.
  • Lead partner and sales enablement programs, driving adoption of tools, readiness programs, and best practices across the organization.
  • Use AI-driven tools to accelerate content development, gather persona insights, and optimize narratives based on engagement data.
  • Measure and report on enablement effectiveness, using KPIs and insights to refine content, improve partner experience, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Partner Enablement Specialists and related team members, fostering collaboration, creativity, and impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio/product marketing, channel marketing, or commercial enablement.
  • Proven ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling customer value and application stories.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating with Sales, Product, Digital, and regional functions.
  • Strong expertise in storytelling, content strategy, and messaging development for partner audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and enablement tools, including message testing, persona insights, and content optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment, adapting strategies to local and regional needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
