Role Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape digital products by translating customer needs into seamless, engaging user experiences. You will work at the intersection of design, product management, and user research, ensuring that design decisions align with both user expectations and broader business goals. The position requires a strategic mindset, creativity, and strong collaboration skills, as you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes, wireframes, and visual assets. You will be responsible for improving usability, accessibility, and functionality while maintaining a consistent and visually appealing design system. This is a fully remote role, providing flexibility while contributing to meaningful product innovation.   • Own the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, translating customer needs into intuitive and functional user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to conduct user research, design, and prototype new experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user scenarios for product screens and flows.
  • Create visual assets and maintain design guidelines for consistent implementation.
  • Utilize design systems and libraries, including ShadCN, to assemble interface elements efficiently.
  • Analyze user journeys and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strategic approach to design thinking.
  • Proficiency with design tools, particularly Figma, and experience with prototyping and wireframing.
  • Skilled in user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions.
  • Solid visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote work environment.
  • Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor to contribute positively to team culture.
  • Access to a Mac with Figma (or preference for this tool) and experience with design systems and symbol libraries.
