- Direct operational management and P&L oversight for a portfolio of clients, proactively setting and managing expectations.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to optimize client marketing programs.
- Lead strategic initiatives to grow the auto insurance vertical, identifying unmet client needs and developing solutions.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client onboarding, new setups, and ongoing project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client objectives, streamline processes, and implement best practices.
- Provide thought leadership on marketing innovations, compliance, and performance optimization across channels.
- Manage client billing, monthly product reconciliations, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with business intelligence or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.
- Solid understanding of online performance marketing, web metrics, and pricing structures (CPM, CPC, CPA) impacting profitability.
