Job Description
• Assist in the building and scaling a startup moving company designed to serve military members, veterans, and their families
• Translate operational discipline, logistics, and mission-focused leadership into a customer-centric business
• Help build and deliver reliable, respectful, and mission-ready moving services
• Transition to supporting the CCO by prospecting, qualifying, and generating leads for Military Personally Procured Moves (PPMs)
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in sales, logistics, relocation, or military-focused services
- PCS experience or Transportation Office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship-building
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead-tracking systems
